The Palms Villa - a beautiful private residence with its own huge pool located just a few moments walk to the sea in the exclusive western area of Can Singala, by the famed Pine Walk, Puerto Pollenca. Built 2018.
Designed and furnished to a high standard, with a spacious open plan living space leading out through retracting double doors to the expansive pool terraces and lovely gardens.
Three individually designed bedrooms - the master with en-suite plus a further double bedroom, and a twin that can also be made into a double. Family bathroom. The Palms sleeps six, plus baby in cot.

Stylish kitchen with all expected modern amenities, including a Tassimo coffee, filtered tap water, beverage fridge, microwave etc. Washing machine in exterior laundry zone.

We offer stays of a minimum of 7 nights or more. The availability and secure booking calendar (link above) is fully automated for secure payment by credit or debit card. Green dates are available. Red dates are sold.
Simply click on your preferred start date (underlined in black) and enter the number of nights. The total rental will be displayed.
The deposit on booking is only 25%. Balance only due 8 weeks before arrival. Our secure booking platform takes all kinds of card payment.
A £300 damage deposit will be due with your balance and returned after your stay, subject to checks.
CHECK IN 3PM, CHECK OUT 10AM. We occasionally allow an early bag drop and bag, when possible.

Puerto Pollenca Bay is a stunning natural curve of sand, sea and a safe family location to enjoy a relaxing, sunny and memorable family holiday.
The Palms Villa, C'an Singala is located at the western end of the bay, set just back from the famed Pine Walk...a 1km water edge pedestrian walkway dotted with huge Pines with the crystal clear sea lapping at the pocket beaches, jetties and places to eat and drink.
The Palms Villa is a few moments walk to the sea front.
A car is not needed and we can recommend a tried and tested airport transfer company. If you do wish to hire a vehicle, contact us first for all the tips we've learned to avoid that awful 'at the desk' extras experience!
Airport travel time is approximately 50 minutes. Detailed directions provided.
